The DeRose Method as a means to transform the world

What is the DeROSE Method?

The DeRose Method is an interweaving of concepts and techniques that promote a conscientious and personalized behavioral reprogramming with the objective of better quality of life, better nutrition, better manners, better relationships, improved culture, better physique, better atmosphere and better ideals.

Some of the tools we use are focus and meditation techniques, breathing techniques, body techniques that increase strength, flexibility, vitality and energy, relaxation techniques.

The DeROSE Method proposes that each of us make a conscious effort to improve the different facets of our lives for:

  • good quality of life
  • good relationships
  • good physique
  • good nutrition
  • good culture
  • good manners
  • good atmosphere
  • good ideals.

And for this purpose, we will systematically utilize techniques such as:

  • focus and meditation
  • mindful breathing
  • mindful movement
  • mindful strength and flexibility
  • mindful relaxation
  • and much more.
What about the benefits? Those are not the purpose of our method. The diverse benefits are simply consequences of a healthy lifestyle the emphasizes good things.
